
Our Principal
BRIE WESTON
Brie is a professionally trained dancer and teacher based in Sydney with skills spanning across jazz, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, tap, acrobatics, musical theatre, ballet and technical training having completed her Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management at the Australian College of Dance as well as qualified Acrobatics Arts Teacher Certification.
During her career, Brie has worked professionally since 2011 in a variety of children’s and cabaret shows throughout Australia. Brie has won a seven National titles at the Showcase National Dance Championships across different genres as well as National Titles in troupe dance including Hollywood Bound National Dance Championships and ADF (Australian Dance Festival). Brie has found immense success in national Hip Hop Competitions such as Hip Hop International, Australian Hip Hop Championship, Australian Dance Crew Championship and World Supremacy Battlegrounds.
Brie has also been a cast member of a Mo Award winning Best Childrens Show as well as an ACE (Australian Club Entertainment) Award winner.
Brie has regularly works at National Dance Championship competitions as a Stage Manager, Announcer & Adjudicator.
She is also currently Adjudicating at Everybody Sing and Dance Now as well as Ooh La La Dance Extravaganza.

Brie focused herself working as a freelance dance teacher throughout Sydney and has gained a reputation of being a sought after teacher and choreographer for soloists and troupes alike. Brie’s creative mind in choreography has won many competitions and several of her students have developed under her guidance to the NEXT LEVEL. In 2022, having a following of students wanting more Brie felt it was time to settle her toes into her own studio.
Since then, Brie has expanded across 3 locations, having taken over our Prestons location, formerly known as Dance Place, in 2024 and most recently in 2025 taking over our Castle Hill location, formerly known as Flight Dance Project.
Brie is passionate about personal development and growth both in and outside of dance and can’t wait to continue sharing, progressing and inspiring future generations.

CHLOE WATSON
We are thrilled to announce Chloe Watson is returning to Next Level Performing Arts faculty in 2026 after a year on Royal Carrabean Cruises and will be teaching at both Castle Hill & Prestons locations as Head Teacher of Technique Excellence. Chloe has taught our Next Kids Preschool Program, Juniors Lyrical & Ballet and Co Choreographer of Senior Lyrical and Jazz Troupe alongside Miss Brie.
Chloe has trained in Melbourne for 5 years with Dance Prescription and has studied full time Dance at Ettingshausens Pro in 2024.
In 2023 Chloe won Senior Dancer of the Year at the Battle of the Stars at Showcase Australian Dance Championships and was awarded with the title and the opportunity to represent Australia at the International World Movement Dance Competition in Italy.
Chloe Watson just recently became Pre-Pro Protege Champion at Dancelife Unite Australia Nationals winning a trip to Las Vegas and also AAFTA Scholarship Winner! Chloe will live in LA for 3 months as part of American Arts, Film and TV academy. Chloe was chosen as the Directors Choice award and won a scholarship to dance on the Royal Caribbean Cruise Ships.
During World Dance Movement 2023 in Italy Chloe won Senior Outstanding Technique as well as Senior Performer of the Year.

KAITLYN TAVOLETTI
Our Head of Ballet returns in 2026. Kaitlyn Tavoletti has been dancing competitively since she was six years old and has trained in a variety of styles, including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Acrobatics, Lyrical, Contemporary, and aerial arts such as Lyra and Silks. Her deep passion for ballet stands out, as it has always been the foundation of her training. Since 2016, Kaitlyn has shared her love for dance with others through teaching, nurturing dancers of all ages and skill levels.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Physical Education at ACPE and having a Certificate in Dance Teaching with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), Kaitlyn is also a registered Glenn Wood Tap (GWT) Teacher.
Kaitlyn is dedicated to advancing her knowledge and skills to provide the best possible education to her students. She is especially passionate about teaching ballet, as it allows her to instill discipline, creativity, and grace in her students while fostering their love for the art form. Kaitlyn is excited to work with dancers and guide them on their journey, helping them develop their technique, confidence, and passion for dance. Her enthusiasm for teaching and her commitment to each dancer’s growth make her an inspiring and dedicated teacher.

JONNY TORRISI
We are super excited to have Jonny Torrisi return to our Castle Hill and Prestons location in 2026.
Jonny was a student at the Brent Street Academy, one of Australia’s premier performing arts schools. He has been trained by some of the country’s top choreographers, including Paris Cav, Cassie Bartho, and Alex Miedzinski.
Dancing since the age of five, Jonny is skilled in all dance styles. In 2024, he had the incredible opportunity to audition for America’s Got Talent with Brent Street and received the golden buzzer from Howie Mandel. Jonny and the Brent Street team then continued their AGT journey and made it into the Grand Final.
Additionally, Jonny has been a part of projects such as Nick Jr., Stephen Sanchez’s music video, the Australian Ballet, a Toyota ad, and more. Jonny is excited to share his knowledge with the Next Level Performing Arts team.

CAM JADE
Cam brings her elite-level experience and infectious energy to Next Level Performing Arts as the Head of our Cheerleading program in 2026. A proud Penrith Pantherette, she understands what it means to perform with passion, precision, and team spirit.
As a Pantherette, Cam has honed her dance, acrobatic, and performance skills while embracing the demands of high-level game-day routines. Her time in that squad has deeply shaped her approach to coaching — she’s committed to building a program where athletes not only grow technically but also feel empowered, supported, and confident.
Her coaching philosophy centers on:
- Skill progression — helping students develop strength, flexibility, and tumbling ability
- Team cohesion — fostering a positive, motivating environment where dancers lift each other up
- Performance excellence — translating technique into compelling routines that engage and wow
When she’s not coaching, Cam loves staying active, collaborating creatively on choreography, and mentoring the next generation of cheerleaders. She’s incredibly excited to bring her leadership, experience, and vibrant personality to the NXLPA family—and to help our HBC cheer squad soar in 2026.

TYLAH STAANA
Miss Tylah brings her passion and experience to Next Level Performing Arts, returning to teach in Beaumont Hills in 2026. With a dynamic performance background and a love for guiding dancers in both technical and artistic growth, she inspires her students to reach new heights.

- Top 10 Dancer of the Year, Showcase Nationals, 2019
- Hollywood Bound Nationals Dancer of the Year, 2018
Tylah’s teaching philosophy is grounded in precision, expressiveness, and continuous improvement. She is dedicated to helping each dancer unlock their full potential—whether through powerful leaps, lyrical storytelling, or the clean execution of turns.
Miss Tylah is thrilled to be back with the NXLPA family and can’t wait to share her knowledge, energy, and love of dance with her students.

OLI VUJNOVICH
Oli, a seasoned dancer with 15 years of training under industry professionals, boasts a diverse skill set encompassing jazz, lyrical, contemporary, ballet, tap, acrobatics, and his forte, hip hop.
As a dancer and teacher, Oli has collaborated with Brie, co-choreographing award-winning hip hop crews – Pocketsized, Klawz & MBLAZN. His journey includes contributions to renowned crews like Prodigez, IVY, and MBLAZN, earning accolades at competitions such as World Supremacy Battlegrounds and DanceLife Unite.
Oli’s ventures extend to the acclaimed hip hop crews; Wolfpack, Convicts, Pretty Boy Swagg, and The Blueprint. Notably, his Wolfpack crew clinched victory in the 2022 WSB Internationals Competition and secured runner-up in 2023, also earning them a Golden Buzzer and semifinalist status in Australia’s Got Talent 2022. They also represented Australia in 2023 at the Hip Hop International Worlds Competition in America.
Beyond group successes, Oli shines as a soloist, securing 3rd place at the 2023 WSB Internationals Competition with his self-choreographed routine. His versatility extends to lyrical achievements, collaborating with Chloe Watson for duo routines that secured victories at Showcase Nationals 2021 & 2022 and DanceLife Unite Nationals 2021, 2022, and 2023.
Returning to Next Level Performing Arts, Oli is enthusiastic about imparting his extensive dance knowledge and passion for various styles to his students.

JORGIA SMITH
Jorgia has been dancing since the age of 4. She has spent the majority of her dance career in the commercial style of dance when she was younger and as she got older she explored all styles of dance.
Jorgia has been training in acrobatics since she was 8 and has been taught by industry professionals to help perfect her skills. She has been around LA dancing and performing in 2017 and in 2022 Jorgia completed a one year full time dance course at TNSPA.PRO.
This year she was lucky enough to travel across to Phoenix Arizona with her hip hop crew The Locals and they qualified 4th in the world and finished placing 14th.
Jorgia is still now constantly training and improving and can’t wait to bring all her knowledge to these fabulous kids at Next Level Performing Arts again in 2026 across Castle Hill & Prestons locations.

ISSA HARUN
Issa Harun has spent much of her dance life at our Prestons location formerly known as Turning Pointe, then Dance Place and now Next Level Performing Arts.
During this time Issa has been a member of troupes and a soloist, wining several compaititons and esteddfords and also competing in Senior Dancer of the Year at National Showcase Dance Championships in 2023.
Issa has worked as an Assistant Teacher for the past 3 years under the guidance of Sandra Rasmussen and most recently Miss Brie. During this time Issa completed her Assistant Teaching qualification with Acrobatic Arts.
In 2024, Issa has completed her Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care and most recently qualified Acrobatics Arts Teacher Certification.
We are trilled to have Issa come through our ranks and be Head of Preschool Classes having completed her Ready Set Dance qualifications at our Prestons location in 2025.

SHANECE KARAM-THOMPSON
Shanece Karam-Thompson has been dancing under Miss Brie guidance for the past 7 years and has been a Senior Student with Next Level Performing Arts since its inception. Shanece was awarded Student of the Year at Next Level Performing Arts in 2023.
Shanece has represent Next Level Performing Arts as a solist and also a member of our Senior Troupe winning many competitions and esteddfords.
Shanece had worked closely with Miss Brie assisting her with Junior classes as well as Junior Troupe.
In 2024, Shanece has completed The Wiggles World of Dance training program as well as Ready Set Dance programs.
We are trilled to have Shanece come through our ranks and be Head of Preschool Classes at our Beaumont Hills & Castle Hill locations in 2026.

TALLARA SPENCE
Tallara is another student who has been dancing under Miss Brie guidance for the past 7 years and has been a Senior Student with Next Level Performing Arts since its inception. Tallara was awarded Student of the Year at Next Level Performing Arts in 2022.
For the past 2 years, Tallara has worked closely with Miss Chloe assisting her in our Next Kidz program and has been a steady influence on all our Saturday classes in 2024.
Tallara joins our Castle Hill team in 2026.

PAULINE BOLTJES
Pauline organises all Eisteddfods and Festivals for Troupes and Soloists. The behind the scenes efforts to have our students perform regularly on stage never goes unnoticed. Be sure to say “Hi” to Pauline who is regularly at the Studio during the week.

MICHELLE WESTON
Michelle is the Studio’s Office Manager (and Brie’s Mum!) Michelle looks after all things in administration including enrolments and finance. Michelle is super proud of her daughters achievements and her influence creates the family friendly yet professional atmosphere.
